All about Barbados

Religion plays an important part. There are more than 40 different churches in Barbados.
40% of them are anglican, there are also baptist, methodist and roman-catholic churches and fans of smaller cults. Dare visiting a gospel church and you will understand the happiness and expression of fun of the native people.
Especially on sundays after church the whole family enjoys trips to the beach and meeting friends for a picknick.
Noteworthy are the Rastafarians, who get recognized straight away with their long dreadlocks.

Crop Over originally was a festival to thank god for a good harvest.
